I genuinely do not understand how Chef Elise does it. We’re staying in an adorable Airbnb in Tuscany for a friend’s birthday. Chef Elise somehow took our tiny kitchen and produced some of the most delicious starters, mains and desserts I’ve ever had. And all six of us ordered different meals per course - it was our highlight of our entire trip. Quality was top notch, from food to service…every detail was thought through. I would literally book a trip back here solely to have her cook for us again.

When it comes to food, we have very high standards. We have eaten in some very special places around the world, with some exceptional food, but Elisa beats them all. We’ve enjoyed food full of flavour and character, which is obviously made, not only with the best ingredients, but with the care and attention of someone that truly loves their work. Elisa should be really proud of herself and her team as they were all fantastic; there when you needed them, but without being noticed during our wedding day. Nothing was too much trouble and all of our guests said just how much they enjoyed the food. If we were to do it all over again, Under the Tuscan Food would be our choice every time. Thank you so much for adding to our special day. The food and the memories will last a lifetime - Grazie mille!

One of the most amazing meals of my lifetime. A dinner prepared by Chef Elisa is a life changing experience. She cooks with love, intention and is so passionate about what she does. It is true art, and the ultimate Tuscan experience. Trust me when I say just surrender - trust ALL of her recommendations! And oh, wear your stretchy pants, because you will have a feast like no other. She is everything that Tuscany represents - hospitable, charming, shares details on all the food prepared, so makes you feel so connected to every bite. Can't wait to come back! Elisa & ihr Team haben unser hochzeitsmenü -inkl. Pizza show cooking , anti pasti am Pool und einem ice cream truck mit homemade Eis - gestaltet und es hätte nicht besser sein können!!! Das ganze Team war hochprofessionell und herzlich, wir waren sehr beeindruckt und das Menü hat hervorragend geschmeckt. In meinem Leben habe ich noch nicht so gute Anti Pasti gegessen - in jedem Gang wurden unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Wärmste Empfehlung:)

Our 3 “Chef Elisa Nights” for dinners and pasta making at the villa were definitely among the top highlights of our 2 week stay in Tuscany. The food was excellently prepared, beautifully presented and Elisa is as awesome a person as she is a highly skilled chef!
We are already planning our next trip to Italy and more “Chef Elisa Nights”……you should do the same.

Chef Elisa and her team made my rehearsal dinner and wedding night so special. The food was spectacular and Elisa and team were so sweet and wonderful to work with. Chef Elisa goes above and beyond, even meeting me in Boston during her holiday and being flexible with scheduling. I highly recommend Chef Elisa and her team!
