Deliberately keeping only Premium gas to loot the customers. Staff is extremely rude. Avoid going there, you won’t receive any help.

Both the clerk and manager were rude. When I purchased a gallon on gas the pump charged me but I didn't receive it. When I spoke to them they didn't want tk refund, let me use a different pump or anything. All staff were extremely rude. All inspection stickers on the pumps weren't filled out so who knows the last time they were inspected for accuracy?

They never have anything. No zyn, no beer, sometimes no gas, food products are hit or miss. Half the time their hours are 6am to 10pm but you won't know til you go there and it's the only gas station in the area

Don’t waste your time coming here. My boyfriend and I bought gas and a car wash. Their car wash proceeded to break while we were in it. The garage doors wouldn’t open and the car wash wouldn’t stop running so we couldn’t get out. I called the gas station to ask for help as we were in a very stressful situation and needed someone to stop the car wash and open the doors for us. The gas station attendant Narayan was EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. Not only did he refuse to come out and help us, he also hung up on me 4 separate times. We were literally panicking inside their car wash and their employees couldn’t care less. I had to try and call the fire department. Luckily eventually the car wash stopped running and we got out of the car to push the emergency exit button. Terrible business, horrible employees, I will never use a Phillip 66 ever again.

Not necessarily a review...but I was at the car wash today and the door would only open half way. There were cars behind me so I was stuck babasically. I called the gas station...and the manager came out and helped me right away. This poor lady walked under the door getting completely soaked by the under carrage spray and I just feel so terrible about it. She told me I needed to back out because it was broken...and even though she was drenched she was so kind and I just hope I didn't unintentionally ruin her day.

Refuses to answer gas prices over the phone. And advertises across all gas apps that prices are consistently cheaper by as much as 50¢-60¢ than it actually is.

Current rates are $3.74 for 85, $4.14 for 87, and $4.54 for 91 as of 1/29/2023.

Staff was rude over the phone as well.

If it's a normal time of day, keep coastin to the next station. It'll be packed, you play a dangerous game of "pump drive" like a cake walk, when you and 10 other 10 yr olds walked around spots on the floor and when the music stopped whoever wasn't on one was eliminated. Winner gets a cake. Imagine that, but irritated adults, in cars WITH pedestrians, and NO CAKE. Also I can't think of a time when, once I'm out of my vehicle ready to pump gas, I leave the gas station because the price is so high. I've done that twice here. Once was even before all the covid prices started getting out of control. Even then though there's still a ton of other gas stations around. Rocket is usually wiped out of anything decent- interpret as you will.

+competent, friendly staff. Great selection of food and drinks. Pretty clean for a gas station. Good location.

-weirdly limited selection of auto products for a gas station of it's size. Narrow range of availible oil viscosities. Didn't have undiluted or more than one type of coolant. This is the closest gas station to my home. I guess I'll have to use the one by work.
