We stayed for three days and were very satisfied. The location was excellent and our apartment was spotless. The host was fantastic and provided us with excellent assistance. If we ever come back, we will definitely stay in this apartment again! Thanks for everything.

We spent a vacation in this perfect apartment, everything was really perfect: location near boat stations that deliver to each city and nearby restaurants, a large terrace with a view of the lake and mountains, clean and modern, the kitchen fully equipped also for cooking. Our host Sheryl was also very responsive and supportive! We will definitely come back again❤️

We stayed for 2 nights in may 2024. We were with 10 and rented 2 appartments. It was excellent! The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfy! We felt like home! The place Griante is central. Everything was more than ok! Plus we forgot something in the appartment, they send it bach to Belgium! Perfect service.

Fantastic apartments with fantastic lake views and fantastic people!! I forgot my headphones at the apartment and they did everything to find and send it back to me, still so thankful for that! I can only recommend this place. Stay here and you won’t regret it!!!

Absolutely loved my stay at Maioliche Apartments. Not only did we have a lakefront apartment, but we arrived and the manager Sheryl greeted us, there was a bottle of wine and a card. She also went above and beyond and helped us out with where to visit, who to rent from, and what to see. We couldn't figure out our AC at one point and she would answer quickly and was extremely attentive. We were blown away by the hospitality. And of course the charm and beauty of Lake Como and the other locals. We would recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice local stay at Lake Como. Everything was either a short ferry, walk or Vespa ride away. And you can catch a bus from the town nearby to the border of Switzlerland which is super close by. 10/10

Fantastic apartments in great location in Como! Our fashion brand Boo a La Mode needed nice apartment for our photoshoot weekend and the host was so helpful in organising our stay! We highly recommend booking with Maioliche Apartments for your next Como visit! ?⭐️

Very comfortable and spacious apartment, really nicely decorated and furnished. Great views over the lake from the lounge. Two good sized bedrooms and everything really clean and spotless. Contact at the apartment for keys and local information was a lady called Sheryl, who was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Sure we will visit again !

The apartments were great. Really comfy. Everything you need for your stay. Even the towels and the sheets. I loved it !
