This is the last stop before the freeway, it is late at night, everything else is closed, I really need to use the restroom and the stupid girl tells me that there is a rule that she cannot be a decent human being and let me use the restroom.
That was after she lied and told me there wasn't one and she holds it for 8 hours and then I pointed to the obvious door and she tells me about the rules. I prefer to picture of businesses where people can actually think

I went in with 40 dollars to fill up my car. She took the 40 dollar and I told her bump 7 . She took the 40 and told me the I only gave her 21 . Be careful everybody . Make sure to get your receipt and and the you are not charged less than what you pay to get gas .

I would give 0 stars if it were an option. I visited this gas station 02/28/2020. I paid for my gas and literally drove off without pumping it. I called the attendant (Luz) within minutes of driving off. The attendant of course tried to initially say I didn't pay for it. I had my receipt in my hand and was logged into my bank account where I could see the charge she was telling me didn't exist. The attendant said she would have the manager call me. A week went by [no call]. After driving by the gas station a few times and missing the manager and leaving messages unreturned, I left a message with another attendant that I would be contacting the corporate office. I got a call from the manager [Michelle] within minutes. The manager told me she could only give me $19 of the $25 I paid because someone else pumped $6 of the gas I prepaid [even though she says they paid at the pump]. I told the manager I was not coming back to the gas station to get a partial refund of the money they knew I paid. The manager told me she was doing me a favor by offering anything at all and told me "it was my fault" that I drove off, not hers. WOW!!! Ok, so I called the corporate office and clued them in on this superb customer service. They researched it and found out my story checked out. They basically over-ruled the manager and told me to give them a precise date and time [which I don't know why the precision was needed] I would be there, and they would return me my $25. I didn't even bother to go back and get it. My thing is this... if $25 is worth you losing all my business as well as questioning my integrity [in alluding to me trying to scam them for $25] they are just not worth my time. The very $25 essentially cost them a little less than $5k when you consider I spent $100 a week there in gas. Do yourself a favor an steer clear of this station. Poorly managed [and operated].

I go here all the time, so I can't really complain. Price is pretty good for gas. At peak times it's hard to get in to find a spot so you're often in line and trying to squeeze in somehow. I would give a better rating but for two reasons: One, my card data was stolen here (through some sort of device) and was used to purchase lots of gas once. Hasn't happened since but I'm careful. Two, sometimes the pumps don't work, like you have to manually hold them down to make them work, and they turn off automatically every few seconds, which makes fueling hard work. Other than that it's okay.

I come to this gas station several times a week, not only for gas and goodies, I go there because I always see a smiling faces! Sandra, Darian, Maria, and Cecilia, are all a great team, and I can tell that they take pride in their products and service! Also they have air for your tires, and it has worked every time I've used it!A+++++±+++++++

Fairly decent place overall ; except when down for 10-20 minutes during shift change, when stocking afterhours, coupon policy needs an overhaul, employee quality has really varied (from outstanding to mediocre!) It has gone downhill somewhat compared to previous ownership. Beverage prices aren't close to competitive . A few days friend paid over $2.25 for a small soda (Cactus Cooler 12 or 16oz). Haven't bought a snack there for years!
